The hotel was nice and quite. The location was good for us. Staff were friendly. Breakfast area was small with limited options, but it was o, and it did haf Halal option. The Hotel has several buildings, and each has a pool that was accessible to us. Kids club was very small, and whenever we went, it was empty and had no staff. But my kids enjoyed the kids' pool instead. We booked a 2 bedroom suite through booking and choose the 4 beds option, however instead we got 2 double beds. For 2 adults and 4 kids, the room was quite small. We had to let my 6 year old son sleep on the couch.

One of the pool bars was under maintenance when we arrived and the transfer to the beach could be confusing sometimes. The cleaning was sometimes really good and nicely done and other times they didn't leave any new bath towels, soap or toilet paper, so we had to call the reception for these items. I would not call it a 5 star hotel but it has good potential to get there. We stayed there for 2 weeks and were happy with our visit.

Small rooms. We had a room with mountain view - there is really a mountain. Finishes in rooms a kind of weared. Good level of equipment though - everything you need for a short vacation, should you even like to cook something simple. Nice set of swimming pools - some on the roofs, some on the ground. Really bad pizza at the restaurant and the Bloody Mary I also cannot recommend. Not a very good pedestrian acessibility: the hotel is located on a steep hill + buildings always block the direct route up and down. In general, the Surin area has seen better days: the hotel is good but the surrounding infrastructure is mediocre. Could not say anything bad about the beach: the beach itself in my opinion is better than renowned Bang Tao

This is a hidden treasure! We absolutely loved our stay. The room was perfect for our family of 5. We were next to the children's pool and so we could watch them from our balcony. The breakfast was great, very well thought to cater all sorts of tastes. All the facilities were great and the food from the restaurant was more than adequate.

Ok, let’s start. First of all this is not 5 star hotel, I would give it probably 4*, but anyway it will be too much. Personnel in this hotel work in very slow mode and reacts slowly or never do so. I asked and called 3 times within 1 hours to change my towels, but no reaction I received from them. Cleaning of the room - is the best part, there is no cleaning. Even after room cleaning service I see a lot of dirt on the floor and on the table. Also if you are buying “All inclusive” please do not do it. All inclusive service you expect three time meal with bar and full access in mean time to the bar. BUT here in Mida grande they think that Full Board is All inclusive and you will have only option for breakfast+lunch+dinner with beverages without access to the bar. So please buy only FB, do not waste your money. Even for FB you will use there menu which has not so much choice in terms of food.

Large resort, excellent pools, decent breakfast, close to 2 nice beaches, rooms are modern and well equipped. The service could be better, staff need to learn to be more attentive and smile. Housekeeping service was slow and not very detailed. Pool and garden areas were often littered and staff did not do their rounds to tidy up. Overall, a nice resort in a good location. If it were managed better, then it would be an awesome resort.

This resort is amazing. The amenities are first class. There are 6 swimming pools including 4 rooftop pools. The views are spectacular. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
